Event Title: How and why to build a FileMaker Help Request system with Tony White
Event Description: A well build FileMaker Help Request system can increase the value of almost any FileMaker system by making it easier for:
• users, managers, and developers to submit bug reports, feature request and questions.
• users, managers to "pass found sets of records around"
• project owners to manage FileMaker projects efficiently
• developers to respond to bug reports, feature request and questions thereby increasing project return on investment
A FileMaker Help Request system should:
[1] allow users to submit Help Requests (4 types) with detailed metadata (file, layout, record, etc.) using GET functions and Design Functions with or without screen captures and/or snapshot links
[2] automatically send Script errors and Script usage reports to the Help Request system
